Drugs are a big problem here. There are alot of college kids here so there is alot of vandalisim and noise. People have been attacked and sexually assulted in the public areas of the apartments. The common areas like the pool are always dirty to the point were the bottom of the pool started growing algae because they didnt keep it up.

It is very much a good ol'boy system here. YOU are the only one who has to follow the pet policy and any of the pool hours. The maitenance men will chase you out of the pool immediately at 10p and then escort their family into the pool area so they can use it.

The manager marcia for example lets her daughter and her friends have viscious dog breeds and dogs that are not allowed by weight live there, but if you have one of those expect a swift eviction.

From time to time you will see people having sales in some apartments, they pay a full months rent to have it for 2 days and the apartment manager pockets the cash for herself.

If I knew who owned this complex I would inform them of all the stuff that goes on here. I am moving next door to the new complex that was just built. Rent is higher but unlike the Huntington,

1. My microwave and appliances don't say "made in 1986"
2. Its a little out of teenage kids price range so it keeps the hoodlums out.
3. Its gated access and surveiled so your belongings are safe
4. No ***** named marcia to run her money schemes.
