Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Me and my wife have lived here for a little over a year now and it sucks. Water damage is everywhere, roaches are rampant, neighbors are party animals(not only in their place but in the parking lot also), if you complain to the front office, nothing happens. Appliances break regularly, maintenence comes and half-way fixes stuff. The most bizarre thing that has happened here is the kids that live in this complex come to your door often and try to sell you menus and other dumb stuff for crazy prices. In short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
