I have just recently had septic water damage due to a busted pipe upstairs and the front office told me they didn't have enough staff to transfer me to another unit. What kind of customer service is this for the amount of money you pay to live in these roach infested apartments!' If you're interested please knock on one of the residing tenants doors and ask questions before you give them your hard earned money!
