I agree with the previous poster--I was there for nearly two years--the washer upstairs drained into the sink in my master suite bath and flooded my bedroom with filthy soapy water. Raw sewage flooded our bathrooms, backed up in the sinks and toilets--came home one night and water was running out my front door from structural damage in the building. Tiffany Jeter actually was horrible--rude as can be, yelled at me for complaining and threatened to throw me out for it. I was later told my bottom floor apartment was called 'the dungeon" and was structurally unsound--that's why I got it for four-seventy a month. I also had gas leaks from my stove--mantenance told me "it's not like it's enough to kill you". The laundry room was vandalized and we had a perfectly nice pool---that was chained up and only open fr three weeks out of the entire year...both years that I lived there. And when I had my flood they never came to clean up the water either.

I don't agree with this comment at all. I live at Madison and go to the pool almost everyday. It's September and the pool is still open!!!I like the staff here and they are always nice to me and my family. I have alot of friends at Madison that would say the same thing
