Like many other posters I have been here for 6 months and if I could do it all over again I would have NEVER moved here. During the hot summer months right when our son was born the air went out and they supposly can and fixed it. NOT! Ever since then the air doesnt work right and my electris bill has been 200.00 every month from the air not working right. So I am paying out the ass to have a hot apartment and what does management do' They tell me that there is nothing they can do and that its my problem. My problem even though it is their air conditioning. WE have roachs all of the place even though they have sprayed several times and have even had to stray and bomb the apartment ourselves. We had fleas until we paid out of our pockets to have our animals treated not once but twice and have people come out to spray cause they wouldnt do anything about it, when the dogdownstairs is the one that has all the dang fleas.
Maintance sucks. They dont care and sure dont fix anything. You better be able to fix it yourself.
I signed for a first floor apartment with new carpet because I was 7 months pregnant when we moved in and I knew that I couldnt walk up and down those stairs everyday. When we come to move in I was told that there was a chnage and we were given a THIRD floor apartment with nasty carpet. I had to spend the rest of my pregnacy walking up and down these stairs when I was on orders from my doctor not to be climbing stairs. And when I parked my car on the grass landing that is on the second floor on th eback so I wouldnt have to carry my 300.00 of stuff from wal-mart up all those stairs by myself, the maintaince man came out and yelled at me to move my car or he would have it towed. He never offered to help me with my stuff even though he KNEW that I was ready to pop and shouldnt be doing this all by myself. A**HOLE!
I hate this place and as this is my last month of my lease I am looking to get out of the hell hole. I dont want my baby in a dirty place with roaches, fleas, water damage, sewage problems, and a 200.00 electric bill. I cant afford to pay my hard earned money for a hot nasty apartment.
