I lived there six months and will say that it is an inexpensive apartment with large rooms and closets, quiet area on a very busy street and nice landscaping. However, my apartment was very, very old with old cabinets, countertops/tile on floor in kitchen and bathroom, old everything like from the 1970's. It was like living in a dungeon because it was so cold. The water in the shower barely came out and the spiders were huge. I hated bathing, cooking, and living there. My gas bill was always $200 on top of paying a light bill. The laundry room steals quarters. Walls are thin. A guy just walked into my apartment one day while I was sitting in the living room!!!!They smile in your face but they charge you for everything so read the lease with a fine tooth comb.
