talk about a bad experience! The worst customer service ever!

Now usually I'm not one to rag on a place but where do I start' there were about 3 apts fires one of which destroyed an entire apts complex! I lived in a townhome and from the start I had a series of problems, most of it was due to laziness, when I viewed the apartment the carpet had tracks in it now Shalonda, the agent who I signed my lease with, told me it would be cleaned prior to move in and of course that wasn't so! the carpet to the entrance of the kitchen was coming up, the doors wouldn't close properly nor would they lock, the tub needed to be redone as far as the paint job, and 2 out of 3 sink faucets leaked and my tub leaked as well. My kitchen sink leaked into the cabinet and we had to place a bucket there to hold the water, the drawers in the kitchen were cheaply made and were always falling apart! but the biggest complaint I hae is when our air broke down and we had 2 wait a week to have it replaced and when they replaced it they said it would save on our electricity bill! Not the thing leaked water all the way into the apartment next door to us and my bill went from $50-80 a month to $300 a month! THEN, the leasing office "accidentally" sent a disconnect notce for our apartment to Georgia Power! So we had to call the GP to get the lights cut back on who said that the office put in for the lights to be cut off! THEN, Tiffany called me and told me that the office was not going to pay my light bill and of course I had to lay it on her & her office manager, Holly who wasn't sympathetic or apologetic about THEIR mistake! So we put in a termination of lease and they told us just to let them know when we would be moving out yadda yadda. I should have known better basically the staff is unprofessional and on top of everything else our lease was up in December and we left December 10th paid for the full month and they returned the prorated amount and then had then nerve to send us a bill (like $500) for the torn carpet and 2 miniblinds and I paid a $250 (approx.) deposit and a $200 pet deposit so they wont b getting anything outta me! Do yourself a favor dont even consider them ppl were moving out like roaches in the middle of the night all night every night! dryers in the laundrymats dont wrk either & then the laundryroom in the apartment was like a closet we had 2 climb over our dryers to wsh clothes
