I lived at Marks Church Commons for two years. First I moved into a one bedroom and then transferred into their largest two bedroom. The apartment interiors are nice and clean and the maintenance is very responsive. The utilities were very reasonable (about $35-$45 month for electric and no water bills!) I am a single retiree and I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and neighbors. There is a free continental breakfast everyday that is wonderful! The staff is very courteous and helped me anytime I needed anything. I eventually had to move because I wanted a cat and they don't allow pets.
