I have been here for a year and a half and this place has been wonderful. I live in a one bedroom with washer and dryer. I have never had a problem with noise, it is very quite here. The landscaping is gorgeous,alot of trees and flowers.Maintenance is done on the same day you call them, if there is any. The apartments are very nice and clean and the staff are very nice. It is centrally located, right beside the mall and the augusta exchange. It is about 10 minutes from Fort Gordon. They have their own fishing pond and have their own ducks on the pond. This is a great place to live. When you come to augusta i would check this place first. I payed $525 for the first yaer i was here then it went up to $535. I really liked it here, i really hate to leave but i am pcsing to fort hood.The deposit was $0 for military, can't beat that.

I love living here. I pay 780 a month because I have an upstairs 2 br 2 bath on a 6 month lease. It's one of the few places I looked at that I could say "I feel safe here." It's really central to pretty much anything you could want to go, on a good morning only takes me 6 or 7 minutes to drive to post and there are ducks. The ducks sold it. :) Everything is really well taken care of, everyone is as nice as can be as far as in the leasing office and the maintenance people. I had a problem when I first moved in and they came every single day to check on it and to make sure it wasn't causing me any problems. And when Thanksgiving came the maintenance man gave me his cell number so if it happened again he would drive out, on Thanksgiving, to fix it for me. You don't get that in many places. Even as close as it is to the highway, when you're inside its surprisingly quiet. I recommend this place to anyone I hear say they are looking for an apartment. If we ever come back here this is where I will be again.
