This place is a total dump. It??s your quintessential roach motel. Roaches are everywhere and it doesn??t matter how many times you bomb the place, they come back stronger and stronger. There are also a lot of dangerous people living there, that and old people. If you type GA sex offender registry into any search engine and pull the state??s sex offender registry you will see several of your neighbors.. I woke up one night and saw someone??s car getting vandalized. This place is certainly not safe. Homeless people sneak into the building and defecate and urinate in the stairs wells. Walk unto any floor and you will find trash, feces, and at least one homeless person. Also check out the state??s website for criminals and you will see several other neighbors. This place may be cheap but it defiantly is not worth it, just Debbie the leasing agent, she told me herself. Of course that was months after I signed my lease. Also read the terms of your lease carefully, there are hidden clauses in small print.
