Yes, Maxwell house does have roaches... but what apartment complex doesn't' Personally, I don't have a huge roach problem like the others who wrote reviews. Then again, I also clean my apartment regularly. There is, however, a rather loud train that comes through at all hours of the night. I have never seen a homeless person sleeping/whatever in the building either. All visitors after hours are required to sign in with a picture ID, and they have to know the tenants FULL name and apartment number.
The walls are pretty thick, so I don't have much of a problem with noisy neighbors.

I'm sure there are some sketchy people who live there, but you have to remember that this place is DOWNTOWN. what do you expect'
Oh yeah, you do have to pay for a parking space if you don't want to park on the street... but i usually park on the street so that I can watch my car from my window.
