This apt. complex is very unprofessional! Do not respond to complaints well (everyone complains about the place falling in). Our neighbor has a hole (large) in her celing for 2 wks till they finally decided to fix it. The parking lot is dirty.

Our living room had water coming from the celing frequently. Both bathrooms leaked. The celing in livingroom and in one bathroom is sagging. Ants!!! There is a hole on the outside of the master bath that lets all the cold air in. The toilet in the master bath is like a rocking chair and it leaks everywhere. The master bath has the wrong faucet/washeron it so the water is only hot for a 2min shower.

The carpet was filthy when we moved in- I had to insist they reclean it. And it stunk- it was the bathroom leaking into the master carpet. The paint job is afull. there are ashes in the paint! Door either wouldn't open or wouldn't close- we had to fix those. The walls are so out of square, you can't hang a shelf. The front of our building is ugly- the number is broke in half, the paint is dirty, the screens are falling off. the banister from the hall stairs to the upper apt. was laying in front of the apt. when I moved in, and it's still there 6months later!
