Top 10 reasons not to live here!!!!

1. My car was stolen right outside my window.
2. my roomate's friend's cd player got stolen from his car
3. sliding glass doors are on backwards
4. kitchen countertops are spray-painted and stains easily.
5. maintenance is never notified from office staff about repairs needed.
6. We consider giant cockroaches to be a pet bird
7. door knobs installed incorrectly caused my roomate to get locked in to her bathroom.
8. Shower head has no water pressure. It may only be a trickle
9. My roomate and I have become quite the pyrotechnics because our stove caught on fire...which maintenance has never repaired so we only use one out of the four burners.
10. Make sure you ask for a receipt when you pay rent...they are known to loose checks.
11. (Sorry we had more than ten) They advertise tennis courts...however it is hard to play tennis with no net!!!
12. no cellular service...you have to go outside to talk on your cell phone.
13. watch out for peeping toms!!
