Please, before you turn away just realize this, Merrick Place is cleaning up its act. We have had our shares of bad renting staff, but the new manager that they have hired is throwing out the trash quicker than you can blink. We have lived here for almost 6 years and we have considered leaving, but it has become home for us. I really believe that Merrick Place is going to get better. Yes there have been problems with the apartments, but what people don't stop to think about is that these apartments were built 13 years ago, maybe longer. Even the best place has its problems, but it is not as bad as some people are making it out to be. Oh, and please be advised that there are two parts to Merrick Place, the side with the Rental Office is the side that I am speaking about, not the other.
