Merrick Place Apartments are the worst! I have lived here for a while now and I am fed up with the rude staff who don't care about the residents just the quota of filling up the apartments. The residents are such jerks and slobs that on the weekend you can't even make your way to the garbage can because there is so much trash in front of it. The Residnets constantly drive around with their music so loud that pictures have been known to shake off the walls. Thankfully the on call security officer is nice and does his best to fix the problems, but there is only so much he can do. The office staff is the worst. They say that they are going to do something and they never do. They let people get away with anything and if you ask them to fix the problem they look at you like you have lobsters climbing out of your ears. The maintance people are as dumb as a bag of rocks. They can't fix anything so if you need work done call real professionals. This place is a dump and I can't wait to leave!
