In response to many reviews from our residents I would like to thank you for your comments. I have been here for a couple of years and I have seen things go from good to bad to okay. We do the best we can here at Merrick Place from the ground keepers to management. In response to the grounds, Merrick Place has ground keepers on staff 5 days a week, hopefully everyone will start getting there trash INSIDE the dumpsers. The courtsey officers are on call 24 hours (wonderful). Maintenance staff has gone from bad to good, of course not every property is perfect (which anyone in the apartment business can tell you). The office staff has gone through many changes (many managers, many leasing agents) but now have an awesome staff! I would love to recommend that residents spend one day in the office (just wishing). How about 3rd and 4th chances? Like my maintenance requests. I am not sure which one of the a.. kissers in the office wrote this but they too must be on crack, and live off the property, in a nice house, somewhere in Columbia County.
