Merrick Place is a joke.Befor you leave ask them to show you there amenities.Fitness Center. You call that a fitness center'Laundry Room. One smells has no door one window no screen and no a/c.The other has no window and no a/c.THIS IS GEORGIA FOLKS. Tennis court. has more grass than the yards.It also has its own river. Basketball Court about the same.if you can stand the foul mouths that use it.Pools.yes they have two, ones green most of the time,but it does have a deck. Bring your own chairs.Pool at the office os ok wonder why. Residnets drive around with music so loud your pictures might fall off the wall. This is day and night .Drug deals go on,residents smoke pot in halls. Maintence . Were did you find this bunch of dumb asses.They have to keep comming back because they dont know what they are doing. Who cleans the apartments befor you rent them' Blind man Willy. I had to clean everything befor I could put my things up. Grounds look bad weeds grow up the side of your apt. When they do cut the grass make sure that you take your car some place. Office pople change more than I change my underware.By the way thats everyday thank you.Manager is more about that money than you.

I agree with this post. We also lived here when it was Timberwoods. Won't live here again.
