We've only lived here as long as we have because we can't really afford to move anywhere else. We have moved within the complex, though. Depending on which side you live on makes a big difference in appearance. I've had problems with maintenance. They take anywhere from 3 weeks to nearly two months to respond. Luckily, when my upstairs neighbors pipes were leaking into my apt, maintenance came the day I called them. I did have one problem that they never came to fix (I don't live in that apt anymore). I have heard other tenants being talked about by the staff. So I don't doubt, with all of my complaints, that they've talked about us, too. In particular, we have some VERY noisy neighbors. I've talked to other residents who also have the same problem. With all the complaints, nothing has been done. They don't have to hear it in their own place, so why should they care about us' I avoid the laundry rooms here, unless I absolutely have to use them. I'd much rather go on post.
We had a tremendous roach problem, so be careful where you go. There are vehicles that haven't been driven in a long time and take up space, which makes parking for tenants tight sometimes, or we have to park in front of another building.
