I have been here for 4 months and I have had a maintenance issue or two. The first time I had a leaky ceiling and I was irate, The manager was very calming to me and did get it fixed. I have never had trouble getting a maintenance man out even when I locked myself out of my apt. and had to have someone let me in. The office and crew are always friendly and I love the location.
