I have lived at Merrick Place for 9 months now and I am a single mother of two. I have to admit I was unsure about moving here. I came from a recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed. The office staff is friendly. The maintenance staff seems to be on top of things and Pest control comes if there is ever a problem, with little or no wait time. My children love living here and i feel safe. I am sure if I was a careless person and ledt my kids run wild, or left my doors unlocked then There might be aproblem But any where you live you have to be aware of your surroundings and take precautions. I highly recommend this place. the apartments are very large and they are old but kept up. Give it a try with an open mind and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
