Not for Military Personel...or anyone for that matter

My husband and I moved into the apartment right before we got married. From the moment we got there we had hard time. The person that lived below us would let his alarm clock go off starting at 3am until 8am almost everyday. We made 4 complaints to the management, and never saw any results. Also, our electrical outlits would randomly cut on and off, so sometimes we would have to go without lighting in some of our rooms until maintenence decided to come over and try to fix it (rarely) or they came back on by themselves(more often than managment showing up). I did not feel safe living there by myself, and noticed that alot of teenagers loitered around outside late at night. When we were about 3 months in to our lease, we recieved an eviction notice that said we were not paying our rent. When we addressed the managment about it they told us it was out of there hands because it was not them that sent the letter. Later, they realized that they had forgoten to put into the computer systems that we had paid our rent on time, and just shrugged it off like it was no big thing. Also, later in the summer when my husband and i were at the pool. we noticed that there were alot of children at the pool with an older teenager who left them there, even though none of the children could swim. They also have a special area for challenged adults with mental disabilities, and they will follow you around, sometimes back to your apartment. My husband is military, and had to deploy to the middle east, and even with a copy of orders (and a military clause in there contracts) they refused to break our lease and we had to pay the fee to break the contract. In my opinion, all this crap isnt even close to being worth living in a dimly lit, broken apartment. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
