I lived at Merrick Place for 9 months last year while my husband was in Korea. He is going to Germany and I am going to move off base and back into Merrick Place because I had a wondeful experience ther. I jhave no family in the aAugusta are and when we moved into Merrick They treated us as if they had known us forever. I never had a maintenance problem that was not addressed by management and I never had a feeling that management did not care about the problems on the complex.....Although I am not looking forward to my husband being gone for 12 months, I am looking forward to being back home at Merrick Place.. thanks Maintenance and office staff for a job well done. I am sure with all the complaints you certainly do not get enough praise!!!Kudos to all that have been ther since March2005.
