This is the worst apartment complex in Augusta. Trust me! Reasons;
1. Two pools, one is never open, and the other is always green and filled with a bunch of ghetto hoodlums
2. Two tennis courts, one has no nets and the lights dont work, the other is always filled with a bunch of ghetto hoodlums
3. Laundry Mat, try sauna. I cant beleive they make you pay to use those things
4. Maintenance Crew, what a bunch of idiots, my air conditioner rattles so bad that i cant hang pictures up, they cant fix anything except their drug habits
5. Staff, wow! Holly is the only one there with brain cells. Id hate to see her leave but she can do so much better, Bonnie is a backstabbing, spineless idiot, who only cares about her paycheck.
6. Contractors, ya get what ya pay for and obviously they dont pay them anything
7. Buildings, i worry every day i walk up stairs that im going to fall through the floor
8. Why in the heck dont they do background checks on the thugs that they let move in' That would solve most of the trouble with tenants.

10. I feel bad for the courtesy officers, there is no hope when you have a manager that wont back you up
11. Heres a tip, tear this ghetto down, and start over with a new staff. Holly is the boss!

Holly is now gone to another property.. I feel sorry for the residents.. but I needed a change!

she definetly needed a change, she was a burnt out SL_ _ I hated for my husband to go to the office when she was there because she would try to coyly flirt as if no one knew!!
