I have lived all over this country, and for the age of the complex, Merrick Place is not that bad. I did have some problems with my apartment when I first moved in, but the maintenance staff took care of them pretty quickly. If you don't like an integrated neighborhood or complex, you won't like Merrick Place. But I have had no problems here since I moved in a couple of months ago. The worst problem I have is the other tenants not knowing how to properly park. Otherwise, I have found my neighbors to be friendly and helpful. True, there are alot of kids with the normal hijinks of kids, but nothing to really complain about so far.
