Have you ever been fooled by the look of something'' Well that is how Merrick Place gets new residents! They at first seem to offer god deal and friendly service but then you sign your lease and you are forgotten! They would rather make the peopel who live here unhappy and try to sucker new people into moving in! The service sucks..and if you have something that needs to be fixed...well don't hold your breath! Not only is the management always being replaced due to their inability to actually work but the complex is old and falling apart! How can anyone live in a place where the water just gets shut off for no reason and the complex won't inform anyone why' If you live or have lived here then you know it is POINTLESS to even call the office...they idoits that work there have yet to master the art of a return phone call!!So my advice...move in anywhere in Augusta other than this hell hole!!!
