Don't hold your breath if you want something done, i'm in the military and have already placed a compliant about this horrible place with the Fort Gordon Housing Authority. By far this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I have birds that live under the roof and makes noises all the times, they could be bats but they always bang against the walls all day and all night, the only relief is that i'm leaving this place soon. The Garbage Disposal has been broken for a month and a half, and everytime we tell them, all they can say is that they are backed up and are working the issue! There is a huge ant ant problem. and I consistnly bomb the apartment myself, Merrick Place Apartments is supposed to take care of this problem, but all they say is that are working the issue. We have two bathrooms, but only one toliet works, and I they say is that they are working the issue. I feel sorry for whoever is going to live here after I do, hopefully the Fort Gordon Housing Authority will blacklist them for soldiers.

Congratulations, you won!!! They are not officially on the "you cant live her per order of the general" list yet, but they are close. The housing office has them on watch and already strongly recommends against living here. Good to see I would hate to see more soldiers get screwed, We get screwed enough
