Ok so yeah if you drive down the raod real fast in the dark with your eyes closed...yes Merrick Place looks liek a nice place to live!!! But then you stop, pull in and see the realdump behind the complex!! I have only been stuck here for 6 months and I wish I had nevered signed a year long lease!It is horrible to live somewhere that rather than take care of the buildings and the residents...they would rather repaint the speed bumps which already look like ---- again!!! When you call the office you hear I am sorry for the inconvience..we are workign on blah blah blah. Yhen they say well I live here to and don't have those problems....well I say move the office staff into the horrible building I live in and give me there apt if it is so damn nice!!! If you have no choice to live here or in a box...try to find a dry place for your box...at least you wont be stuck at Merrick PLACE!!!!!

It kind of sounds like maybe the people in the office just know how to take care of a home other than just take up space in one! Maybe you should be a homeowner. I am not an office staff member and I dont have issues in my apartment.

No...I don't think she is the only one. I am a very pleased apartment owner. Neither do I have problems with my apartment or with the staff. Have you ever thought it might just be YOU?....
