Im not going to say which apartment i live in because the kaniving management, im sure will probably treat me and my wife worse than they already do!!!i moved here in 2006 and a couple of days after the move in they did a walk through of our apartment. after i had taken a shower and had the water leak through the ceiling into the kitchen i was then told by the lady doing the walk through that any damages cuased to the inside of that ceiling were my fault.WHY'!'!' for taking a shower'' if thats not bad enough they didnt acutally fix it until just last month, over one year later!!! now it takes these snakes a year to actually do something that they are requied to do but if you are late with your rent for just one day i can guarantee that they wont drop the ball on tacking your 75 dollar late fee on to your rent. oh yeah and just to verify what other people have said, yes this place is rediculously infested with bugs and it is not a safe place at night, there are alot of questionable people around here at night who will just park their cars right in the path of traffic in the lot and give you dirty looks as you drive around them.
