Quite honestly I think no matter where you go you are going to have the problems with the breakin's or bugs or rodents. I lived in a house for a few years before moving to Augusta. I was in a very upscale neighborhood but there were still breakin's and mischevous activities. since moving I have lived in three different apartment communities all within the same area and this is one of 2 where the curtosey officers are not afraid to live here with their families. That says a lot to me. As far as management changes, that just lets me know that the previous people were not doing a good job and they had to go. I am always glad to see change even if at first it is a little rocky. I have since noticed new and happier faces in the office and it is a pleasant feeling knowing that they want to help you and they are not just there to get a check. As for me personally, I have not had a problem getting maintenance to fix anything in my apartment. I have been here for a while now and I know it is an older community from what I am use to, but every time I haev called or stopped in to put a request in they have been out promptly. Maybe not that day, but within three at the max. There has only been one case where it took longer and that was because they had to order a part for one of my appliances. Everyone has an opinion. Until you have a personal experience you can't make your own. I reccomend it.
