My boyfriend and his father work maintenance at this complex. When they found out I was moving to Augusta to attend college and needed a place to stay the first thing out of their mouths was stay away from Merrick Place. Well after a couple weeks I decided to stay with my friend who lives at Merrick. While I was here our apartment was great (probably due to our connections) but building 10 burned to the ground and someone was shot. If that wasn't enough some of the people are creepy and watch you. Then others let their dogs loose. My final straw was watching my boyfriend wade through building 10 after the fire. Even though I no longer live there I go by regularly and nothing is better.
