I came to Fort Gordon 31 October to attend a MOS school here. I contacted the complex and FEDEX the deposit and everything they asked of me. Upon my arrival I could not view the apartment until I had paid the prorated rent and 1st months rent. When I got the keys I was literally DISGUSTED with the apt. The apt had NOT been cleaned, the carpet smelled like ---- and dogs. It was filthy and pieces of everything were left over. They claimed the carpet had been cleaned but I am educated and have a since of damn smell. The sink and tub was backed up; mold in the kitchen, dishwasher, ceremaic floors were nasty as ----. The vents have not been cleaned in maybe years. And that is a Health department violation. The blinds have so much dust and dirt, and lord knows what else they arr a different color. Almost dry rotted. My refrigerator went out 3 times. My groceries went bad and were soaked from the water leaking inside. The kitchen sink leaked and rotted all the wood under the sink. Someone came by to fix it and left claiming he was overwelmed, and no one returned to fix it until 3 days later. I had no water to cook or wash dishes. Not to mention my apt now reaks of mildew because they still have not bothered to do anything with the rotting wood and mold that I can literally see.NOW MIND YOU THAT I HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT 60 DAYS AND HAVE HAD ALL THESE ISSUES> By the way the lady they I contacted was Orynthia. Do not rent here!! Spend your money somewhere else. I plan on contacting the health department so they can come and see this nasty ----. I hope they read this review.

I had similar problems when we moved on phase 2 in September. We complained to the manager daily & got full months rent off and lots of other reinbursements and the guys came by and created a new cabinet under the sink, and fixed our other problems. I don't live is a busy building, so it's quiet, but it is old and creaks EVERYWHERE you walk. I have been in other apts here & ours is in much better condition than the other's I've seen. But, I say, complain ALOT and harsh & it'll get fixed & you'll get some money back.
