First let me start off by saying, this was the worst place i have ever lived in, in my life..... ok, fist off the maintance SUCKS! my kitchen sink was clogged and nothing would drain, I called this in on a thursday it took them a WEEK... A WEEK... to get a plumber to come fix it in the mean time i couldnt do my dishes, i was getting bugs... SO I CALLED Them up and threatened to have them black listed from military if they didnt get someone there ASAP.. What do u know they got someone there in an hour! second incident.... MY hot water heater blew up at 3am in the morning.. dumping over 30 gallons of water on my floor, i called the emergancy maintace number 8 times and no one responded to my emergancy until 9am when the office opened and thats because i called them, then so to say the assistance manager, crystal had the nerve to tell me they never got my message, when the maintance guy taht was on call said he forgot his pager, after all taht and the hot waster heater being replaced. they tore my carpets up and never replaced them for almost 2 weeks. mind u they never even replaced the whole apt, now they are saying we have to pay to have new carpets put down in the apt costing over 1500 dollars because they have to treat the concrete.. they should of done that when they had the carpets pulled!!! Then being military and getting orders short hand they wont let u outta the lease nless it is actaully 30 days . military can be unexpected and they should know that.. so we had to pay for 5 days with not even living there when we left the month before on the 23rd... this apr complex is a rip off.... and half the employees need to take customer service calsses... i think the only time the assistance manager was nice to me was the day my son passed away! so my advice if r looking to rent in that area DONT GO WITH MERRIC PLACE.. the office is rude, and the maintance is not on the ball....
