This place has gone from bad to horrible. I have just gotten married and moved in here. My husband has lived here for 3 years and when I started coming down it was not too bad but seems like it get worse than better. The apartment is so outdated. the bathroom cabinets are about to fall the faucets are corroded and leak. It is ashame to be paying luxury apartment prices for a dump. The only thing that is has is a dishwasher.... yipee!! This place is about $200 a month overpriced. Have to walk outside to wash clothes.. I really hate that!!! We live downstairs and you can hear everything step that is taken upstairs and with two sets of twins it sounds like the place is about to fall in. Kids come in the foyer and play and leave all kinds of trash, the foyer is never cleaned. My husband was just hated to move and signed the lease for another year but it most definatly will not be renewed this year. Be afraid... be very afraid!!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Some people need to remember what an "Apartment" is! It is a place where you live co-existing "VERY" closely to others. If you have a problem with hearing children, (twins) then, maybe you should have contemplated the choice of apartment life before you opted to live here! Duh! Come on now...it doesn't take a rocket scientist! Maybe, a place in the country (isolated) would have been the better choice? Hmmmm....

Honey, I only hope if you are blessed with twins, someone will be a little more tolerant of you. Kids are kids, they do not realize that normal play may bother you. Personally, I know you could have it a lot worse with some of the other kids in that complex and should be thankful the twins have parents that try to teach them right from wrong.

I guess if the place didn't have a dishwasher then they couldn't be considered "luxury apartments". Too bad you have to pay extra for that. I have a bunch of kids myself. If you think its bad living below kids...try living with them. Ha,ha.

Sorry about the twins, we do have two sets but try to keep them quiet. We are teaching them about the delicacies of apartment living.

For the lady that is complaining about kids. I don't think you are perfect. I'm sure you and your husband do worst than children playing. ( Like smoking and fighting). As an adult, you could learn something from the children laughing and playing. They teach us how to love and get along with each other.

I will be the first to say I am not cut of for apartment life. I have always lived in the country, that would be my prefernce but unfortantly this is where my new husband lived. Yes you need to COEXIST.. that is a two way street. You have to respect the other person just as much as you should tolerant the other person. If someone can't live in apartment and respect other people's privacy they should live somewhere else too. I have kids and gradkids too but I try to teach them respect other people and property. It's not the twins that are my problem they are very sweet and have come to care a lot about them and are not the ones that do all the destruction and know they are just being kids, I have two grandsons that love to run around and wrestle with each other but it all the kids don't even live in our buidling hanging out in the entrance, running up and down the stairs, beating on the walls and doors, spray painting the building, breaking the bricks, making mud puddles and throwing mud on the building, beating the bushes, beating the grass that there is only dirt, throwing trash in the entrance and all in the yard and bushes and my husband and I are the ones that pick it up, none of the parents with kids even bother, having to try to get by ten kids coming into YOUR apartment. They will be running up and down the stairs at 10:00 at night and only one time have I seen the parent tell them to come in. There is two sides to this subject, I know that I have to be a little tolerent but other people should also be more respectful it's a two way street. I love childern and I love having them laughing and playing but the apartment as provided them a place to do that and it should not be in the common area of the other tenants. The responsse to the one that we smoke and fight.I don't smoke and we have not been married long and yes we may a differnce in opion once in a while trying living downstairs and hearing EVERY SINGLE step that is made upstairs all day and night and everytime the water is turned on everytime the vaccum is run, but I know that is part of living in an apartment. I think some of these problems have been addressed by the mangament and hopefully they can be resolved. My husband and been here for over 3 years and things were never like this before. We love the location and the apartment a nice and very spacious. We are house hunting so hopefully we will be out of here soon.
