Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
I have been living in Timberwoods apartments since 1996. Timberwoods was not great, except when Teressa Elrod was manager. It is 1,000,000,000 times worse now that Merrick Place is managing the complex. The office staff is no good, unless they are your friends. Thimgs don't get fixed, and they are quick to tell you that. "No one else has complained." Watch out for grounds work and beautification. They use your electricity to power their machines. Most people don't know this!
