I've only lived here for 3 months, and it was 3 months of hell. I don't agree that the management is horrible, their lazy, but not horrible. They are actually very friendly, a little bit too friendly. Instead of working a lot, you can find them smoking cigarettes and talking to fellow residents. My apartment got broken into and a window was broken. What i hated from management was that we were going to have to pay for the broken window or get the police report to get it fixed. That's just crazy! Even after they got the police report though, it took them about a week to fix the window! Another thing that makes this neighborhood one i wouldn't recommend to anyone is the neighbors. Gunshots in the middle of the night, bass coming from vehicles rattling your windows, thin walls that you can hear your loud neighbors yelling from across the street, dogs unleashed running around (their friendly but there is a leash law and some people are scared of dogs). Yet, some good pointers of this community... if you don't mind the "hood" environment the space for the price is rather worth it. ok, that's it... wow that is really the only good thing I can say! Pests are a huge issue that they don't care about. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they were just looking for a price tag not quality. If you have babies... please don't let them live here... but hey to each their own. I wouldn't say it's the worst place to be, but I wouldn't praise the place either... but hey i guess you get your money's worth... maybe that's why the rent is so low!
