Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
The office staff is nowhere NEAR professional. They have a different apartment manager every month and they lost all my records of even living there. I needed copies to prove to my school that I lived there and they could not even provide them. The apartment manager told me they had people living there (a lot of unauthorized people in one residence) and some tenants did not have leases at all. My heater broke and almost caught fire, I had a rat come in through the ceiling, the neighbors are young and very loud...it was a terrible mistake to move here. The rent started out affordable and just got higher as my lease expired and I renewed it. I always had to renew at a higher rate...why'
