I'm not satisfied w/ these apartments at all! The manager doesn't handle your complaints or problems quick enough. All she does is stand outside and puff on her Cancer Sticks! The Trees and bushes need to be trimmed or cut down. The maintenance sucks, they can't fix anything and they take their time fixing what needs to be done. Another thing i noticed is that Goldcross Ambulance Service is running their business out of one of the apartments, which i think is very unprofessional and the owner is being very cheap when he can afford a decent office somewhere other than an apartment. My advice to everyone is not to even think about moving over here!
Most of the Apartments have screen doors and some of them don't, which makes it very easy for someone to kick in your door. If you have a complaint about something, the manager and the assistant will lie to your face and say that the problem has been taking care of! I caught both of them in a lie and called them out on it. Friends and family shouldn't be allowed to get the hook-up with these apartments. Example: The day the manager moved out of her apartment, someone else moved in it. That needs to be investigated.
