Not a good place to live!

Please don't move here! The apartment complex itself is overrun with homeless people at night. It has taken over a month for our garbage disposal to be replaced and they expected us to pay for it. The A/C barely works and it leaks heat all winter. The power bills are outrageous! The staff at the apartment complex is always at lunch or the office is just closed. They do not keep regular hours and they never have a clue about what's going on. It takes several weeks to get questions answered.
