The apartments are pretty nice, not much storage room. We did have a neighbor that had a problem, the unit upstairs from them had a water heater fall into their bathroom and flooded the apartment. Also, the complex has problems with flooding. If you chose an apartment with them make sure its upstairs due to noise from the upstairs apartments, you can hear people talk and hear their TV's at a low level. You also think everyone stomps but it just the poorly built structure.
