Yes, the price is great and they freely advertise their crime-free housing. However, once you're in your concerns are no longer important. I live in a downstairs apartment and I am in a constant battle with the property manager to fix the floor boards of the upstairs apartment since they squeak and creak so bad that it will wake me out of a dead sleep! Fortunately I have a great upstairs neighbor, but if he coughs I hear it, if he sneezes I hear it, I can hear his telephone conversations, the cell phone vibrating (yes, I can hear the cell phone vibrating), the snoring - need I go on' God forbid he drops something on the floor . . . it sounds like my ceiling is going to collapse. All in all I must say that I CAN'T WAIT for my lease to be up. I would not refer anyone to live here and anyone thinking of moving here be prepared to sacrafice your privacy and peace. It's almost worth paying the penalty for breaking my lease.
