I can not stress to you enough. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! Ridge Crossing Apartments are among some of the worse apartments that I have ever resided in. That is not to say that the staff is not nice, because they are...but having a great staff and quickly degrading apartments is not worth two cents! Just to name a few things: the floors squeak (CONSTANTLY), the walls are like potato chips (you can hear the neighbors garbage disposal, washing machine & dryer, showers, using the rest room, children playing, coughing, and if you are in the bed trying to rest...if the neighbors are talking just a bit above normal speaking tones...you will hear it, and to top it all off, you can hear sexual activity.) The grounds are degrading just as quickly as the apartments themselves! The wood used to beautify the property looks as if it has been infested with termites and is falling apartment. A child can kick it and pieces will fall off. The wooded areas have trash through-out and the up keep of the shrubbery is awful. While the maintenance crew offers fast service...if the company that owns the apartments (Blanchard and Calhoun) does not provide proper funding....there is no way for the crew to adequately take care of the property. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE understand that you get what you pay for and at Ridge Crossing that low rent gets you LOW QUALITY. While I continue to reside there....once my lease is up I will be moving ASAP!

ahhh i think you are a old person. cause i have been living in Ridge Crossing for a couple of years.i love it here . no noise , great office staff ,they are nice and helpful.very very safe

I used to live there for a year and I agree with this review completely. My neighbor downstairs was considerate enough to tell me not long after I'd moved in that she could hear me PEE in the morning! The floors really do squeak everywhere. The kitchen was awful and no ice maker in any of the apartments. It was ok for one year while I was broke as hell in college...
