These apartments are at least as bad as anything you would find in South Augusta. The apartments themselves are poorly built, outdated, and poorly maintained. The parking is ok. The crime rate has risen through the roof in the past 18 months I have lived here; this is due to a terrible drug problem and numerous armed robberies. The staff is less than helpful, although nice. I've been disgusted with it. As soon as I can afford it, I intend to break my lease. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
