OK, I see that the place is trying to clean up its act but let me vent something. I was told by the manager that there is NO safety for your belongings at Ridge Crossing! I could not believe what I had just heard. It was like all they want to do is position two cop cars at either end of the lot and hope that that deterred anyone from doing anything illegal. Well that was a master plan. After having my truck vandalized by some wild kid, they basically said "oh well", that they were not responsible for the safety of their residents. Now that is just absurd! I can live with the fact that they won't fix my truck, but it was the way it was handled. They are willing to lose a tenant over a $100 buffing of my truck. Now lets do the math: which is greater $7200 or $100' My guess is the first one. That is how much they will be losing per year. Second, instead of saying "let me see what I can do to fix the situation" I was asked if I wanted to put my notice in! I would really like to know where Blanchard and Calhoun gets this great quality of managers, because in my profession if I was to lose a customer there would be huge consequences. All I'm saying is that the situation could have been handled a whole lot more professional than what it was, that just shows me that some people don't need to be in a position that they can't handle. There that's my venting session. I hope that it will help someone that's looking for an apartment in Columbia county, to NOT choose Ridge Crossing Apartments!
