My husband and I moved here after we got married last year. The week after we moved in, the property holder and all staff changed. There was some confusion over the accounting records initially. The new company was trying to collect from us what we paid to the old company. I had my receipts, so that was finally resolved. The new company has done some EXCELLENT improvements to the complex. The old screened in porches were totally redone and they are so nice and really make the whole complex look more current. They also painted the stairwells and cleaned the carpet in them. Weathering on the exterior was also dealt with. Then they replaced the horrible mailboxes with all new and it is so much better. The landscaping here is nice and they keep trash and everything cleaned up.

The only thing I detest here is the parking. There is one assigned space in front of the building for each apartment (8 per building). Some people abuse that or don't tell their visitors to park in unmarked spaces- so that has caused most of my complaints.

This feels like a safe community, pretty well lit. There is a RC Sheriff's deputy who lives here and makes rounds. He is friendly and helpful. Plus, the community has an annual yard sale around April that I really loved being a part of. The pool is well maintained and clean.

I would recommend living here to anyone. They are pet friendly (lots of pets here) and give a military discount. This is the best priced 2 bedroom (and largest) apartment with 2 full bathrooms and LOADS of closet space. We will probably stay here until we buy a house.
