I have lived in this apartment since May 2008. I am so happy here. The apartments are a great size. Stacy, the apartment manager is great. She helps us with whatever we need. One downfall is that we live on the second floor and in the summer heat it's very hard to keep our place cool, we have the thermostat set at 76 and it averages 80-82 degrees in the house. (For those of you who've ever lived on the second floor in summer, this is nothing new.) We asked Stacy if we could buy an A/C unit and put it in our window, she did one better, Rocky Creek has a couple of window A/C units and she had the maintainence men come and put it in our apartment the same day. Now our apartment stays nice and cool. Being that the place is all electric I am not suprised by our high electric bill. I think the best feature of the apartment is the screened in porch. It's nice to sit outside and not be eaten alive by the bugs. I highly recommend this place.
