Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 

Since the years has past I've been here 6 years and nothing is really for the better.

It is in Richmond County, Between Columbia County border line which is about one mile up from Springhouse.

Every bill and cable source is Richmond County, schools, goverment and etc.

Very quiet sometimes, but can be annoying in the summer with unbehaved children running around people stair wells.

Was a 50% retirement home for some but now 75% U.S military with very annoying children.
