Quiet, but that's about it

I've lived here since November and have had a lot of problems since then.

The office staff was friendly, but our apartment was dirty when we moved in.

We've had several maintenance issues, some of which are still not fixed.

Each time we had a problem, it took three to four calls for them to even show up, then another three calls to get the problem fixed.

We've also had a problem with mice that still isn't resolved.
New management took over a month ago and new rules are confusing and not posted anywhere.

They say the complex is on it's way up...We'll see.
