My one complaint is that the A/C is in horrible condition. My unit happens to have a heat pump, which was the thing back in the 80's. These A/Cs are extremely inefficent and old. The coils are clogged with years of crap that they have sucked up over the years which explains the poor air flow. I have notified management and they were quick to respond but the two maintenance guys simply told me "That the units are old and that's the way it is" of course with poorly maintainted A/C units comes extremly high electric bills and lets not forget that it is absoulty miserable in the apartment. The master bedroom is the hottest room with a temp in the mid 80s most of the day.
