This place is way overpriced. When I came to look at the apartments there were woods behind my building. When I moved in all the trees were gone and construction had begun on a townhome community. This may pose a problem for students needing a quiet place to study. The obnoxiously loud hammering ( which can be heard clearly due to poor insulation and thin walls) begins around six in the morning and can go until 10 at night on some days (annoying).
