The setting is a nice quiet wooded area. The apartments are pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, construction has begun on all sides of the apartments, which can interfere with sleep. I rated these apartments as avg due to lack of lighting in rooms (no central lighting in bedroom or living room-must have lamps); old kitchen appliances (dishwasher is ancient), cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom is plain and without hardware. The rent has also increased to a somewhat unreasonable price. Rent is great provided that you have a roommate. On the upside, breakfast is offered every morning during the weekday, but you've got to arrive at the clubhouse before 7:30 to get it.
